The hotel is situated on top of a very steep hill, providing a stunning view of the lake at the bottom. It is close enough to see all the sites and there is a shopping mall nearby. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a helpful and polite staff. the continental breakfast offers a variety of tasty cakes.
The TV channels only include Italian ones, with no foreign channels available.

The room was very comfotable. We loved this quiet atmosphere around the hotel and location - the lake was beautiful. We miss the cat - do not let him go!
Swimming pool was `out of order` and buffet table a bit short on the breakfast.

it was a pleasant stay but i think a car is advisable and there is an issue with soundproofing of the rooms can hear people banging dooors and a restaurant would be welcome. a free shuttle service to marino would make this a more attractive option.
No restaurant in the evening and more clarity about facilities provided such as the health club and more information in english would be welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was perfect, with amazing views of the lake from the top of a steep hill. The hotel also had a great selection of amenities, including a swimming pool, bicycle hire, and even medical facilities. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Outstanding service, large rooms, very nice pool, beautiful surroundings. This hotel's location is good for a weekend trip to both Rainbow Magicland in Valmontone and Zoomarine near Pomezia.

Our trip to the hotel was awesome, the place is so quite and romantic for lovers ofcourse . the lake view is so breath taking and relaxing. The staff were very helpfull and polite. I loved the place so much. I will definitley visit the place again.
Only one thing which is not major, but a little discomfort , the paper thin walls ! you could almost hear everything your neighbors do !

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, cool, and clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped but still good. The staff, especially at reception, were excellent. They were incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. The breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed the nice outdoor pool and seating. The hotel is not large, so there weren't too many people by the pool or at breakfast. The location on top of the volcano overlooking the lake was amazing. Additionally, it was close to a shopping mall and within easy reach of all the sites.
Nothing.

The hotel is nice, clean and friendly with excellent views over Lake Albano. Breakfast was very good and served in a beautiful dining room by friendly staff who were always willing to please. A day exploring the lake and local restaurants was very enjoyable.
While we enthuse normally about Italian signposting we had great difficulty locating this Hotel. Numerous wrong turns, asking locals and 5 lookouts in the car eventually brought success. A car is absolutely necessary in this area...you could'nt use the bikes provided because the area is so hilly. While the bedroom was very comfortable and clean the acoustics in the hotel were very poor, in particular toilet flushing, bed squeaking and banging doors. Having visited beautiful Italy so many times b4 we were generally disappointed in the rundown nature of the area particularly Marino town. Glad we saw the Lake and Frascati but we wont be back.

The staff at this hotel are nothing but fantastic - they are always out to please and always have a smile on their faces. The location of the hotel is great and it's certainly worth going for a room facing the lake. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there are parking facilities and free Wi-Fi and we would certainly return in a heartbeat to this hotel.

As I have pointed above, We are quite pleased, except one point. The hotel is somewhat isolated, (this guarantees quiteness), but needs taking the car for food. In a 4 star hotel, should be the possibility to have a cup of tea in the room or in the bar. (both were absent). Family Adler

Counter staff impressed me well on their helpfulness, however only the lady serving the breakfast was loud and does not speak a word of English. Appears not too happy when we ask for service in English.
Spaciousness, helpful counter staff, good scenery and good restuarants nearby.

Located near a beautiful lake and close to a charming town. the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. the outdoor pool was a great addition and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
Difficult to find if you don't have a car or a good navigation system. Limited dining options available in the area.

Very friendly family hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were polite enough to come personally and pick as up from the train station.
In order to go to Ciampino airport we had to pay 35 euros for the taxi.
